All foreign orders -air or surface- make take longer than normal.  Surface may take up to four months. Please be patient.

D+Q does not take any responsibility for packages opened or stopped at customs, or any charges they may add to your shipment.

Please be sure to enter your address correctly. Any packages that are returned to D+Q and were labeled as per the order will not be reshipped or reimbursed.
